1. Service Description

Doneload ("we", "us", "our") provides online file conversion and processing tools at doneload.app. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email or third-party providers (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Every single-file tool is free without an account, up to 50 MB per file. Tools that run on our server have a daily allowance per visitor; tools that run in your browser have none. Pro (EUR 7.99 per month or EUR 59 per year) adds batches of up to 500 files, multi-step pipelines, saved presets, files up to 500 MB, API access and no ads. Credit packs cover a single large job without a subscription and never expire. Subscriptions and credits are billed through Mollie. You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page; cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. 4. File Processing

Files uploaded for processing are temporarily stored and automatically deleted within 2 hours. We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your files beyond what is necessary to perform the requested conversion. We do not store or retain copies of your processed files.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload illegal content, attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, use the service for automated scraping or abuse, reverse engineer the service, or resell access without authorization.

6. API Access

Account holders may access the API for programmatic use. API keys are personal and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse. Pro keys include 1,000 calls per day; free keys are limited to 20 calls per day for evaluation, and credits can be spent past those limits as described on the pricing page.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files you upload and download. Doneload claims no rights to your content. The Doneload name, logo, and service design are our property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Doneload is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss during processing, service downtime, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of Doneload is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
